MR. M.SRI JAYARAJA - DIRECTOR /OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

After having completed his education in 2004. Sri Jayaraja began his working life by assisting his family in their plantation business. Subsequently he worked as an apprentice in a number of workshops and gained knowledge regarding the repair and reconditioning of forklifts. He has eight (8) years of experience in the business and oversees all technical works of the company. He has excellent practical knowledge of the trade and has wide market contacts in sourcing for used machinery.

MISS. ARUNASRI – DIRECTOR, FINANCIAL & ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE

Have studied Business Administration and financial management. Took control of the administration and financial control of company. Her participation in the company’s business and financial fields has much contributed to the company growing up and expanding. She will be leaving to china for a period of 6 months to gain further knowledge with business entrepreneurs there. She is also well versed in the equipment industry.

MR. NADARAJAN A/L W.H.MARTIN – MANAGER FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION

Mr. Nadarajah an Accountant by profession is the senior staff in the company. He is a qualified Member of Association of International Accountants Essex, England. Active in Trade links consultancy. He has more than 30 years’ experience in Administration and Finance is an asset well versed in banking lines. Highly knowledgeable in utilization of Banking Facilities. Has working in forklift companies around Penang and Kedah. He was responsible to formulate marketing strategy plan of the company.

MR. KRISHNAN K.R. – FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Mr. Krishnan an Accountant by profession is the senior staff in the company. He is a qualified Master of Business Administration in Finance. He has more than 20 years’ experience in Finance, Accounts and Banking lines. Has worked in Middle East & Asian countries in various positions.

MR. GOPALA KRISHNAN – BUSINESS ADVISOR

Aged 63, Gopala Krishnan was a career banker who spends 40 years in the Banking Industry. He retired in 2008 as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of EON Bank Bhd and has considerable experience in management and financial matters. He manages the operations of the company and handles all financial matters. He is currently also sits on the following Boards:-
a) INDIA INTERNATIONAL BANK BHD – Independent Director.
b) ALQUON CAPITAL GROUP SDN BHD – Independent Director.

MR. RAJENDRAN A/L DHARMIAH – MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Mr Rajendran has 32 years of experience in marketing and trading of heavy industrial equipment – Bulldozers, Forklifts, Gen / Welding sets, reach stackers. He has been dealing with all kind of brands and tonnage available in the market, covered to our company the whole Malaysia in this field. In Chennai, he was dealing with Suresh Kumar Transport Company. In Dubai, he was the coordinator for sales, rental, service and spare parts division for 12 years. He was liaison with an Oman Company in Muscat. In 2012 he joined MSV Equipment & Parts (M) Sdn Bhd. His market strategic plan is a boost for the company.

MR. YONG SOK HONG – BUSINESS TRADING CO-ORDINATOR
Mr. Yong was working for the major forklift supplier United Motor Works (UMW) – Toyota Brand. He left UMWto start this specialized business although being successful in initial years until 2009 when the Government imposed restrictions on the import of used equipment. Subsequently he decided to develop this business outside Malaysia but more on trading. He decide to rationalize the whole group operation, by setting up a new entity MSV which will focus primarily in the production to be owned and managed by the younger generation, namely Ms. Arunasri A/P Velloo and Mr. Sri Jayaraja A/L Muthusamy. Mr Yong who was the CEO of the Company focuses more on the market of the products and responsible for securing the two major long-term contracts presently in hand. Now he is mainly based in Dubai, one of the major conduits for these products for Gulf and African markets.
